Toll 49 - Segment 5 extends from FM 756 to SH 110 near Whitehouse, a distance of approximately 2.5 miles. This segment was designed by the NET RMA General Engineering Consultant, Atkins and was let for construction by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in December 2009. Longview Bridge and Road, Ltd. was awarded the project. for the bid price of approximately $15.6 million.

Toll 49 - Segment 5 will be opening to traffic as a Toll Road in late Spring 2012.
