Toll 49 - Segment 4 is in the preliminary planning stage of development.

This project was orginal developed by TxDOT as a relief route for the community of Lindale. Segment 4 will extend from I-20 north to US 69 above Lindale. TxDOT is completing the environmental documentation process and will be holding a Public Hearing in the near future to finalize the environmental process. Once the Federal Highway Administration issues a Record of Decision, the NET RMA will begin the next phase of development.
